Before sending us your file, convert it into a PDF. If you can't make a PDF, our upload system will convert Microsoft Word® files into a PDF when you upload it. Follow our guidelines to ensure your material is accurate.
To create material to imprint on stock designs, we provide pre-built Microsoft Word® Templates for a back cover (DOC) or folder pockets (DOC).
For custom designs, follow our Standard Folder Press-Ready Guide (PDF) or Large Folder Press-Ready Guide (PDF).
Have Your Own Design?
To make the job go faster, you may also use our Adobe® Illustrator templates (includes templates for front cover, back cover, left pocket, right pocket, and the complete folder).
Note: If your folder design blends across the front and back, use the "Complete" template which is one file for the entire folder (pockets included).
