Guidelines to Imprint Stock Designs
Your logo and name will be imprinted on the front cover. Back cover may include advertising or other content. Pockets may be imprinted with stock designs or custom material. Send press-ready material to avoid charges. If we typeset custom material (pockets and back cover), a design charge of $35/hour will apply (one hour minimum).
Press-Ready Guidelines
- Press-ready material is a digital file that is ready to print with no alterations or typesetting required.
- Text and artwork must fit within the templates shown. Logos or artwork must be included as part of the design; otherwise, design charges may apply. To assist you, we provide pre-built Back Cover (DOC) and Folder Pocket (DOC) Templates created for Microsoft Word®.
- Logos must be clear, sharp images in black & white line art only (avoid gray shading) and at a resolution of 300 ppi.
- We only accept files in PDF (Portable Document Format) format. Submit your digital file via our upload page. If you have trouble making a PDF, our upload system will convert many file types into a PDF. Otherwise contact us for assistance.
- A hard copy may be submitted if content is only black text and black line art; print on white paper. Do NOT fax material.
Guidelines for Material We Typeset & Design
- For each pocket: Submit typed material with written instructions for text and artwork placement (300 words maximum).
- For back cover: Submit typed material with written instructions for text and artwork placement (300 words maximum).
- Text will be typeset in Helvetica and sized to fit.
